Letter: In praise of the Cary public library

keyboard

To the Editor:

Cary is a wonderful town that offers many amenities to its residents. It has a fine police and fire department with a caring, helpful staff. It has great restaurants as well. However, the very best of Cary is its public library.

I have been a member for 20-plus years, and there has never been a time when I was not treated with the utmost respect and helpfulness. The present staff will go out of their way to help their patrons. The library has a wide selection of books in big print, DVDs, music CDs and a fantastic children’s section. This library is the best tax dollars you will ever spend.
