To the Editor:

Jennifer Sargent, a write-in candidate for Huntley District 158′s school board, is one of the founding leaders of ASK (Allergy Support for Kids). She has been instrumental in assisting fellow food allergy parents with obtaining appropriate accommodations in school and managing food allergies.  

As the parent of children with food allergies, she has also advocated for changes in her own school district that have benefited all children in the district. She will certainly bring a wealth of experience to the board.
