Mark A. Cruz, 21, of the 300 block of Marengo Road, Harvard, was charged Sunday, Oct. 31, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper turn.

Lake in the Hills

Adam W. Pittner, 29, of the 700 block of White Pines Circle, Lake in the Hills, was arrested Friday, Nov. 5, on a McHenry County Sheriff’s Office warrant tied to a charge of aggravated battery and a separate warrant for failing to appear in court on a domestic battery charge.

Austin R. Merchut, 23, of the 2800 block of Sorrel Row, Lake in the Hills, was charged Saturday, Nov. 6, with battery and criminal damage to property.

Marengo

Jakob D. Reeves, 30, of the 700 block of Village Circle, Marengo, was charged Saturday, Nov. 6, with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol.

McHenry County Sheriff’s Office

Brandon J. Surma, 25, of the 1200 block of Davis Road, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 9, with violating an order of protection.

Christina D. Rueda, 29, of the 200 block of Twin Oaks Drive, Joliet, was arrested Wednesday, Nov. 10, on a warrant tied to charges of domestic battery and two counts of aggravated battery to a police officer.

Randy J. Corrigan, 62, of the 3000 block of West Northside Avenue, McHenry, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 10, with domestic battery.

Alexander P. Campos, 25, of the 500 block of Sunrise Drive, McHenry, was charged Wednesday, Nov. 10, with aggravated battery to a police officer and domestic battery.

Daniele R. Paul, 31, of the 7100 block of Delaware Road, Wonder Lake, was charged Thursday, Nov. 11, with knowingly leaving a child in the custody of a child sex offender.

Robbie G. Miller, 33, of the 7100 block of Delaware Road, Wonder Lake, was charged Thursday, Nov. 11, with knowingly leaving a child in the custody of a child sex offender.

Jessica L. Linhart, 30, of the 1300 block of Lilac Lane, Harvard, was arrested Friday, Nov. 12, on a warrant tied to charge of domestic battery.

Daniel Flores, 21, of the 100 block of Ann Street, Cary, was arrested Friday, Nov. 12, on a warrant tied to charges of unlawful restraint, four counts of criminal sexual abuse, and 11 counts of battery.

Fabio R. Gerardi, 44, of the 5500 block of North Central Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Friday, Nov. 12, on a warrant tied to five counts of violating an order of protection.

Colleen A. Curtis, 37, of the 500 block of Cunat Boulevard, Richmond, was arrested Friday, Nov. 12, on a warrant tied to charges of theft, perjury and retail theft.

Mario Henderson, 42, of the 1700 block of East 19th Street, Owensboro, Kentucky, was charged Saturday, Nov. 13, with interfering with the reporting of domestic violence and domestic battery.

Brian A. Serratos, 30, of the 5200 block of Wonder Woods Drive, Wonder Lake, was charged Sunday, Nov. 14, with domestic battery.

William G. White, 58, of the 1200 block of Davis Road, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Nov. 4, with two counts of domestic battery.

Donald J. Heintz, 33, of the 700 block of St. Johns Road, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Nov. 4, with violating an order of protection.

Kelly A. Shaevitz, 54, of the 600 block of Hyacinth Place, Highland Park, was charged Friday, Nov. 5, with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing justice.

Tatiana N. Matthews, 39, of the 700 block of Leah Lane, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Nov. 6, with domestic battery and battery.

Matthew D. Nordin, 28, of the 1200 block of Bunker Street, Woodstock, was arrested Monday, Nov. 8, on a DeKalb County warrant for failing to appear in court.

A 14-year-old Woodstock boy was charged Monday, Nov. 8, with battery.

Latasha M. Eagletail, 39, of the 500 block of Leah Lane, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 9, with two counts of domestic battery.

Steven B. Degutis, 36, of the 600 block of Oak Street, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Nov. 9, with two counts of domestic battery.

Ryan M. Van Vleck, 35, of the 1400 block of Commons Drive, Woodstock, was arrested Thursday, Nov. 11, on a McHenry County warrant for failing to appear in court.

Nicholas O. Sattel, 40, of the 1200 block of Thomas Drive, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Nov. 11, with failure to give information after striking vehicle or other property.
