La Salle firefighters were dispatched to Buckman Iron and Metal about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, but the source turned out to be a dumpster fire that was quickly contained. Preliminary reports suggests embers from nearby sawing set off the fire. There was some heavy smoke.
