Jeffrey R. Timm, 44, of Ottawa was charged with criminal trespass to real property Thursday at 710 La Salle St., Ottawa police said.

Russell J. Brent, 57, of Ottawa was charged with driving while suspended and no insurance Thursday at Joliet and La Salle streets, Ottawa police said.

Hailey M. Cavanaugh, 20, of Ottawa was charged with no valid driver’s license, driving without lights, no insurance, unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and unlawful possession of cannabis Oct. 16 at Webster and Benton streets, Ottawa police said.

Maggie J. Taylor, 36, of Ottawa was charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and expired registration sticker Oct. 17 at Columbus Street and Dayton Road, Ottawa police said.

Christopher L. Tanner, 37, of Ottawa was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear (driving while suspended) at 415 Catherine St., Ottawa police said.

Jeremiah J. Hillyer, 39, of Ottawa was charged with DUI of drugs, driving while suspended and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia Friday in the 1600 block of Post Street, Ottawa police said.

Ariel A. Shaver, 21, of Ottawa was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a Class 2 felony (3-7 years in prison) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 1:59 a.m. Thursday in the area of Joliet and La Salle streets, Ottawa police said. Bond was set at $100,000.

Pamela J. Acosta, 55, of Peru was charged with dog running at large at 2:13 p.m. Thursday at 2719 Fifth St., Peru police said.

James S. Bradshaw, 23, of Magnolia was charged with driving while revoked and speeding and Brandee L. Barroso, 43, of Peru was charged with permitting an unauthorized person to drive at 6:11 p.m. Wednesday at Sixth Street and Prospect Avenue, Peru police said.

Sylvia M. Justin, 73, of Mendota was charged with suspended registration at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday at Shooting Park and Mall roads, Peru police said.

Alexander J. Horien, 33, of Joliet was picked up on Will County warrant for failure to appear (child endangerment) at 5:16 p.m. Monday at Casey’s General Store, Peru police said.

Jason E. Sparling, 41, of Spring Valley was picked up on a La Salle County warrant for a civil writ-contempt of court at 12:57 p.m. Tuesday at Fourth and Putnam streets, Peru police said.
