Jacob M. Hagy, 32, of La Salle, was charged with DUI at 6:43 p.m. Sunday at First and Tonti streets, La Salle police said.

Jessie J. Phillips, 32, of Peru, was arrested on a La Salle County warrant on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender on the 600 block of 12th Street, Peru police said. Phillips was taken to La Salle County Jail.

Jordan M. Tang, 22, of Oglesby, was arrested on a Bureau County warrant on the 1800 block of Fourth Street, Peru police said.

Justin T. Boyd, 34, of Ottawa, was arrested Monday at West Joliet and La Salle streets on a failure to appear warrant, along with complaints of driving while license suspended, disobeying a traffic control device and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, Ottawa police said. Boyd was taken to La Salle County Jail.

Trystan E. Posner, 23, of Ottawa, was cited Sunday on the 300 block of Benton Street on complaints of criminal trespass to a residence and carrying a concealed firearm under the influence, Ottawa police said.

Jordan J. Casey, 22, of Streator, was arrested Saturday on the 1100 block of First Avenue on a Livingston County failure to appear warrant on a charge of dangerous drugs, Ottawa police said.

Lexy N. Arevalo, 22, of Streator, was cited Saturday on the 1100 block of First Avenue on complaints of DUI, speeding, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and resisting a peace officer, Ottawa police said.

Bruce L. Scott, 32, of Streator, was cited Friday at Columbus and West Lafayette streets on complaints of no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, Ottawa police said.

Emanuel D. Stevens, 22, of Chicago, was cited Friday on the 1500 block of Columbus Street on complaints of driving while license suspended and improper lighting-one headlamp, Ottawa police said.

Brandi L. Baker, 29, of Marseilles, was cited Friday on the 1900 block of Canal Road on complaints of driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, Ottawa police said.

Jefferey M. Asbell, 62, of Ottawa, was cited Friday on the 600 block of Webster Street on a La Salle County failure to appear warrant, Ottawa police said. Asbell was taken to La Salle County Jail.

Jared M. Arozamena, 30, of La Salle, was cited Thursday at West Norris Drive and Terra Cota Road on a La Salle County failure to appear warrant on a charge of retail theft, Ottawa police said.

Zachary M. Latino, 30, of Sheridan, was cited Thursday at Route 71 and U.S. 6 on complaints of DUI and speeding, Ottawa police said.

Cassie Ann Deuchler, 32, of Eagle Township, was cited 3:22 a.m. Sunday after a well-being check on a 12-year-old and three-year-old in the home on a complaint of endangering the life/health of a child, the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.

Marcel Mackey, 33, of Ottawa, was cited 10:58 p.m. Saturday at West McKinley Road and Briarcrest Drive in Ottawa on complaints of no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, the La Salle County Sheriff’s Office said.

Jennifer Nanak, 36, of Streator, was cited 2:58 p.m. Sunday following a two-vehicle crash at North 21st Road and East 26th Road in Brookfield Township on a complaint of failure to yield at an intersection. No injuries were reported. According to La Salle County Sheriff’s Office, Nanak was southbound on East 26th Road and stopped at the stop sign at North 21st Road, then proceeded into the intersection. Her vehicle struck an eastbound vehicle driven by Tamara Mushro, 58, of Streator, deputies said.
