Ottawa

Dezmond L. Armstrong, 23, Ottawa, was arrested Tuesday on the 100 block of East Norris Drive on a La Salle County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of driving while license suspended. Armstrong was taken to the La Salle County Jail.

Nathan Grandadam, 39, Ottawa, was arrested Tuesday on the 400 block of Second Avenue on a complaint of resisting a peace officer. Grandadam was released with a court date.

Tyler Carson, 19, Ottawa, was arrested Wednesday at West Jefferson and Chestnut streets on complaints of DUI and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Carson was released with a court date.

Lexie Coulter, 26, Streator, was arrested 2:21 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of South Fourth Avenue on a Tazewell County warrant for a charge of violation of no contact order. Coulter was released with a court date.
