Vendor market slated for Northpoint Plaza in Streator

Business sets up Facebook page seeking vendors

A business is opening in Streator’s Northpoint Plaza, offering a little bit of everything.

Hometown Shoppes, 16 Northpoint Drive, will feature a variety of vendors with gifts, decor, hand crafted goods, collectibles, jewelry, furniture and other items.

Owners recently set up a Facebook page for the business saying vendors are wanted for the showroom.

The owners said the idea for the vendor market was born from years of facilitating and setting up many vendors shows, flea markets and collectible shows.

The business will feature up to 15 different vendors in the space to the west of The Place 2 Be.
