South End Bait & Tackle (Streator House of Jerky) hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Streator Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The business owned by Ralph Madara is located at Westgate Plaza at 105 N. Armory Court. Owned by Ralph Madara.

The business started in South Streator in 1990 and moved to Westgate Plaza in 2019. This is the 30th year the business has served the needs of the local fisherman. It also is home of Streator House of Jerky.
