Ottawa police will host spring bike auction

Auction will take place at 1016 W. Superior St. location

Ottawa Police Capt. David Gualandri served as the auctioneer during a previous bicycle auction hosted by the Ottawa Police Department. This black Schwinn Sidewinder sold for $15.

The Ottawa Police Department will host its spring bike auction March 13.

Unclaimed bicycles and other miscellaneous items will be auctioned beginning at 8 a.m. on location at 1016 W. Superior St. Participants may check in after 7 a.m.

Masks and social distancing will be practiced at the event. Cash or checks only will be accepted for payment.
