A La Salle County grand jury convened Tuesday and returned the following indictments: Joseph Guzman, 65, of Mendota (aggravated fleeing and eluding); Shane Britt, 25, of Marseilles (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Erik Dawson, 38, of Streator (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Dezarhea Richardson, 20, of Streator (unlawful possession of methamphetamine); Amy Gaydos, 40, of Streator (unlawful possession of methamphetamine); Lynnard Farley, 29, of Earlville (retail theft); Joshua Abu-Bakr, 25, of Ottawa (two counts of aggravated fleeing and eluding); Savana Phelps, 23, of Spring Valley (aggravated battery); Angel Gutierrez-Ortiz, 29, homeless (unlawful possession of a stolen motor vehicle); Amber Foltin, 33, of Streator (retail theft); William Murphy, 54, of Flint, Michigan (theft); Elizabeth Kulasik, 28, of Joliet (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Nicole Leal, 39, of Marseilles (unlawful possession of a controlled substance); Jeremy Koesler, 48, of Streator (unlawful possession of methamphetamine); Corey Robershaw, 29, of Leland (two counts of aggravated DUI); Madilyn Gorges, 23, of Yorkville (driving while revoked); Jose Rodriguez, 36, of La Salle (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Hector Ramirez-Flores, 43, of Peru (three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Kyler Kuehl, 43, of Ottawa (three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Shannon Cahill, 41, of Ottawa (two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Christian Biggins, 39, of Ottawa (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Caitlyn Anderson, 21, of Ottawa (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance); Jeremiah Hillyer, 39, of Chicago (unlawful delivery of a controlled substance).
