Kangley Mayor John Sullivan said the village’s Halloween Fun Night on Friday was a success.

The activities included draft horse carriage rides provided by Kim and Reed Nettleingham of Otter Creek Carriages, trunks full of treats and children’s games. There were more than 200 people in attendance, Sullivan said.
