Library partnership sponsors Domestic Thriller Night

Authors Miranda, Lapena to discuss their new books during virtual event Aug. 12

LINDENHURST – Bestselling authors Megan Miranda and Shari Lapena will discuss their new books, “Such a Quiet Place” and “Not a Happy Family,” at a virtual program at 7 p.m. Aug. 12. Registration is required.

Miranda’s “Such a Quiet Place” is described as the perfect summer beach read that will leave you wondering do you ever really know your neighbors? Lapena’s “Not a Happy Family” has it all: rich people behaving badly, sibling rivalry and a few murders. In this family, everyone – including the dead – are keeping secrets.

The authors will be joined in the conversation by bestselling suspense author Mary Kubica.
