The Salvation Army Tri-City Corps’ Lieutenant Scott Smith has named Jeff Bowgren the Bellringer of the Year for his great work this past Christmas season, according to a news release.

Bowgren rang for 224 hours and collected $11,444.80 in donations to his red kettle during the season. He also continues to volunteer at the Community Center.
