The Putnam County Public Library District’s McNabb Branch will host “Bird Snack Station” at 4 p.m. on Wednesday.

Participants will create pinecone bird feeders and learn ways to attract and observe local birds throughout the season, according to the library.

The hands-on program is suitable for all ages and provides all materials needed.
