Downtown Ottawa alley, sidewalks to close for construction

An alleyway in downtown Ottawa will be closed for several days next week as construction work takes place.

According to a news release, city officials said the alley in the 600 blocks of LaSalle Street and Clinton Street will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20, Monday, Sept. 22, and Tuesday, Sept. 23.

Sidewalks also will be closed from Saturday, Sept. 20, through Saturday, Sept. 27, near 610-612 Clinton St. and 230 W. Main St.
