Drivers asked to avoid I-57 south of Kankakee due to rolled semi

The Kankakee County Sheriff’s Office said drivers should avoid Interstate 57 south of Kankakee Thursday morning due to a rolled semi.

The semi rolled over near mile marker 307, and traffic is currently at a standstill.

Drivers are asked to find an alternate route if at all possible.
