State police investigate Wednesday morning crash on I-57

Illinois State Police Troop 5 is currently on the scene of a rollover accident in the southbound lanes of Interstate 57 in Kankakee County.

State police said the accident occurred at approximately 8:22 a.m. Wednesday at milepost 309.

Injuries have been reported, state police said.

This is an active crash scene and there is no other information available at this time, state police said.
