Bradley police investigated a single-vehicle crash that occurred Thursday afternoon on West North Street near Bradley-Bourbonnais Community High School.
At approximately 12:38 p.m., the driver of a delivery truck was traveling east on North Street.
Bradley police said the driver had a medical emergency and struck a sign just east of Cleveland Avenue when he curbed the truck.
Bradley Fire transported the man to a local hospital for treatment, police said.
