Donovan Methodist Church at 208 Lyle Ave, Donovan, IL 60931, will celebrate its Swedish heritage with a special service at 10:30 a.m. Dec. 14, featuring the traditional St. Lucia procession at the beginning of worship.

The congregation will honor Swedish families as they share their heritage during the service, followed by coffee and Swedish foods. The public is welcome to attend.
