A two-vehicle accident involving Josh Hayungs, 29, of Spring Valley and Jane A. Witkowski, 68, of Peru occurred in the intersection of Dakota and Henessey streets at 6:40 p.m. Dec. 20. Hayungs was charged with driving too fast for conditions.
