Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Marilyn) Hartman; 50 years

Mr. and Mrs. Tom (Marilyn) Hartman of Peru will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Feb. 15.

The couple was married on Feb. 15, 1969, in the Peru city clerk’s office. Judge Clinch officiated.

Attendants were Carol Schloeder and Larry McDonald.

Mr. Hartman was employed as a millwright at Mittal Steel (formerly LTV Steel) before retirement. Mrs. Hartman was an administrative assistant at Illinois Valley Community Hospital prior to retirement.

They are the parents of Kelly (Jim) Schaefer of Peru; Bryan (Brenda) Hartman of Peru; and John (Amy) Hartman of LaGrange. They have six grandchildren: Madison, Logan, Colin, Ryan, Sydney and Kennedy.

The Hartmans will be honored at a family gathering at Grand Geneva Resort, Lake Geneva, Wis.
