Sheriff's deputies arrested Tramel D. Forman, 28, of the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township, on an in-state warrant in DuPage County for failure to appear for a suspended license charge set at $6,000 x 10%. Deputies apprehended Forman while investigating a disturbance at his address in Oswego at 10:50 p.m. on Dec. 9. Forman was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing.

Illegal consumption of alcohol
Sheriff's deputies ticketed two 18-year-old males with illegal consumption of alcohol under 21 after responding to reports of noise complaints the 0 to 99 block of Center Drive in Bristol Township at 12:31 a.m. on Dec. 13. Deputies cited Jake Polowy, 18, of the 0 to 99 block of Birchwood Drive in Yorkville and Joseph Krachon-Limon, 18, of the 2300 block of Hobbs Lane in Yorkville, for underage consumption. The two men were released on their own recognizance. Deputies also cited four 16-year-old females from Oswego and Aurora with curfew violations and were released to their parents and referred to the Juvenile Justice System.
