STERLING – The Rev. Grant Mulder is the new pastor at Bethel Reformed Church, 230 E. 23rd St.

Mulder received his degree in church ministry leadership and theology from Trinity Christian College and his master's in divinity from Northern Seminary.

Most recently, he was pastor at Silver Creek Reformed Church in German Valley, and before that was an associate pastor for youth ministry at Gibbsville Reformed Church and youth director at First Presbyterian Church of DuPage in Bolingbrook.

Grant and his wife, Leah, have two daughters, Addison and Michaela.
