Jeffrey Rounds and Breanna Crose of Spring Valley are the parents of a daughter, Tinsley Morgan, born Nov. 4 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Spring Valley. She weighed 6 pounds, 11 ounces and measured 19 1/2 inches in length. She was welcomed home by a brother, Teegan, 7. Maternal grandparents are Vivian and Todd Crose of Morris. Paternal grandparents are William and Deborah Rounds of Granville.
