Geneva police reports for Sept. 13

These are the latest Geneva police reports:

• Emily M. Rowell, 38, of the 600 block of North Third Avenue, St. Charles, was charged Sept. 13 with driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol content greater than 0.08% and failure to yield turning left.
