YORKVILLE – A Warrenville man and an Aurora man are facing additional charges related to a January 2019 shooting at a Montgomery restaurant, according to Kendall County court documents.

Hollins Sr., 28, of the 30W100 block of Linden Square, Warrenville, was arrested Wednesday, Feb. 19 and charged with aggravated battery in a public place, a Class 3 felony, and mob action, a Class 4 felony, following a fight at Rosati's in Montgomery more than a year ago, according to jail and court records. If convicted for the aggravated battery charge, Hollins could face up to five years in prison.

Kendall County Chief Judge Robert Pilmer set bond for Hollins at $20,000, with 10% to post, on Thursday, Feb. 20, according to court records. Hollins was released from jail Feb, 19, according to jail records.

Montgomery police responded to a call at 10:32 p.m. Jan. 6, 2019 in the 2000 block of Orchard Road on a report of a fight involving weapons.  Upon arriving, officers were told that an argument had taken place inside the business and an unidentified individual pulled out a gun and began shooting. The owner had agreed to a 10 day liquor license suspension from the village immediately following the incident.

The update comes after Alfonso R. Dieppa, 40, of the 200 block of North Prairie Street, Batavia and Armando A. Gonzalez, 34, of the 1500 block of Sandy Lane, Aurora, were arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 18 on warrants for mob action, a Class 4 felony.
