Virginia M. Sloneker, 38, La Salle, was cited Wednesday in the 1500 block of Columbus Street on complaints of driving while license suspended and failure to signal when required. Sloneker was given a notice to appear.
Rachel Stanley, 38, homeless, was arrested Wednesday at Mulberry and Superior streets on a failure to appear warrant. Stanley was taken to the county jail.
Lolita R. Buss, 24, Ottawa, was arrested Tuesday in the 800 block of Mulberry Street on a La Salle County failure to appear warrant on a charge of retail theft and on a complaint of obstructing identification. Buss was taken to the county jail.
Patrick J. Phalen, 48, Ottawa, was cited Tuesday in the 600 block of East Dayton Road on complaints of driving while license revoked and no insurance. Phalen was released with a court date.
A 16-year-old was arrested Tuesday in the 1200 block of Phelps Street on a failure to appear custodial youth warrant. The boy was taken to a detention home.
Jonathon Thieme, 24, Ottawa, was cited Tuesday in the 500 block of West Lafayette Street on a complaint of driving with no valid driver's license. Thieme was released with a court date.
Sarah M. Cupples, 21, Ottawa, was arrested Tuesday in the 1100 block of Post Street on two La Salle County failure to appear warrants on charges of driving while license suspended. Cupples was taken to the county jail.
Luis C. Morales-Villarreal, 57, Ottawa, was cited Monday at La Salle and West Superior streets on a complaint of driving with no valid driver's license. Morales-Villarreal was released with a court date.
La Salle County
Cody Preston, 22, Streator, was arrested at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday at East 29th Road and North 2350th Road on a complaint of DUI and cited on complaints of improper lane usage and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Preston was released with a court date.

Ottawa firefighters responded at 2:52 p.m. Tuesday to 900 Paul St. for an alarm set off while cooking.
Ottawa firefighters responded at 12:39 a.m. Wednesday to 900 Paul St. for a fire alarm but no alarm was detected.
Streator firefighters responded at 3:29 p.m. Tuesday to 3 Michael St. for an electrical issue with an outlet.
Streator firefighters responded at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday to the intersection of Bloomington and Hickory streets for a vehicle accident with injuries.
Streator firefighters responded at 8:13 p.m. Tuesday to 811 Cable St. for a report of an illegal burn which was found to be legal.
