Oak Lawn and Mokena women’s health practice, Southwest Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ltd., has recently joined Advocate Medical Group under a new name: Advocate Medical Group – Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The offices will remain at 4225 West 95th Street, Oak Lawn and 19255 Everett, Mokena.

Patients now have access to the MyAdvocateAurora patient portal, offering 24/7 digital access to their own health records, plus easy prescription refills, online appointments, and messaging with their provider.
