Plano Hall of Fame inductions

Plano High School held its athletic Hall of Fame inductions this past weekend. Inductees include (from left) Joseph Jones, a 2012 graduate who gained 2,067 all purpose yards in football, scored 639 points, was part of a regional champion in basketball and was a two-time All-Stater and 2011 state champion in the 110 hurdles; Dan Peruski, a 2008 graduate who was an All-State linebacker for the 2007 state champion football team, set a single-season record in tackles with 100, and hit .430 as a senior in baseball; Kevin Jensen, a 1999 graduate, a three-year starter at linebacker and offensive line in football, a starter on the basketball team that took fourth in the state, and holder of the record for wins in a season in baseball; John Kolka, a 1984 graduate, a three-year varsity letter winner in football and basketball, and the 18-hole record holder at Cedardell; and Bobby Baker, 1983 graduate, who went 110-29-3 in wrestling and was a state qualifier in 1982 for the 22-1 Reapers.
