Aurora man charged with DUI in Orchard Road crash

An Aurora man was charged with driving under the influence following a two vehicle crash in Oswego June 14 that resulted in injuries to himself and two other people, according to village police.

Police identified the suspect as Eduardo J. Caballero, 26, of the 600 block of Edison Avenue, Aurora.

Police said that Caballero's vehicle collided with another vehicle driven by Mario Moyano-Arroyo, 43, also of Aurora, on Orchard Road near Mill Road on the village's west side at 6:17 p.m.

Caballerio, Moyano-Arroyo and a passenger in the Moyano-Arroyo's vehicle, Margrita Ortego, 44, also of Aurora, were all transported to the hospital.

Police said Caballerio was later released after posting bond. He is scheduled to appear at the Kendall County Courthouse in Yorkville on the charge next month.
