Battery
• Adam T. Hamdi-Pacha, 32, of the 500 block of Crockett Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 11:59 a.m. May 2 with domestic battery in the 500 block of Crockett Avenue.
• Joseph Novelli, 32, of the 600 block of Linden Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 11:46 a.m. May 4 with domestic battery in the 600 block of Linden Avenue.
Burglary
A compound miter saw and a leaf blower reportedly were stolen between 7 a.m. April 13 and 7 a.m. April 26 from a garage in the 400 block of West Second Street.
Theft
• Jimmie E. Poole, 45, of the 300 block of Geneva Street, Northlake, was charged at about 9:45 a.m. May 2 with theft and possession of burglary tools near the Elmhurst Metra station at York Street and Park Avenue. Elmhurst detectives performed a surveillance operation at the station after bicycles were reported stolen April 30 and May 1. They allegedly observed Poole approach the bike rack, use bolt cutters on the lock, remove a bicycle and place it in his vehicle. Poole was taken into custody by the detectives after a vehicle stop at the scene.
• About 20 pallets reportedly were stolen between 6:06 a.m. May 2 and 6:06 a.m. May 3 at 625 W. Lake St.
• A silver iPhone reportedly was stolen between 11:20 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. May 4 from the girl's locker room at York Community High School, 355 St. Charles Road.
DUI
• Nicholas J. Page, 37, of the 200 block of North Clinton Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 6:12 p.m. May 4 with driving under the influence of alcohol, making an improper U-turn and driving without insurance at Spring Road and Montrose Avenue.
• Rodolfo Diaz-Salgado, 32, of the 800 block of South Addison Road, Addison, was charged at 3 a.m. May 6 with aggravated DUI of alcohol, driving while license suspended, illegal tinted windows and improper lane use at North and Highview avenues.
• Raymond Moore, 42, of the 1400 block of North Maywood Drive, Maywood, was charged at 5:48 a.m. May 6 with DUI of alcohol and improper parking on a roadway at Route 83 and North Avenue.
Vandalism
John F. Knebel, 42, of the 300 block of East Church Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 2:22 p.m. May 2 with vandalism in the 300 block of East Church Street.
Property damage
A post reportedly was knocked down between 8:30 p.m. April 29 and 8:30 p.m. April 30 in the front yard of a house in the 200 block of East South Street.
Trespassing
David Judys, 20, of the 200 block of North Glenview Avenue, Elmhurst, was charged at 9 a.m. March 24 with criminal trespass of a motor vehicle in the 400 block of West Montrose Avenue.
Disorderly conduct
• Robert Lee Baldwin, 68, of the 600 block of George Street, Bensenville, was charged at 8:28 p.m. April 30 with disorderly conduct in the 200 block of North York Road.
• Jorie Vandermolen, 30, of the 200 block of East Vallette Street, Elmhurst, was charged at 11:02 a.m. May 4 with disorderly conduct and possession of open alcohol in public in the 600 block of South Bryan Street.
Marijuana possession
Razi R. Siddiqui, 25, of the 900 block of Creekside Circle, Naperville, was charged at 8:32 p.m. May 3 with unlawful possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without headlights when required at Route 83 and St. Charles Road.
