The Grundy County Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s recent Business Spotlight highlights Midland States Bank.
The bank has two branches in Grundy County. One is located at 660 S. Broadway in Coal City and the other is at 1275 E. Division St. in Diamond. The branches, formerly part of Centrue Bank, were acquired by Midland States Bank in the summer.
Midland States Bank provides a full range of commercial and consumer banking products and services, merchant credit card services, trust and investment management, and insurance and financial planning services.
In addition, commercial equipment leasing services are provided through Heartland Business Credit, and multi-family and health care facility FHA financing is provided through Love Funding, Midland’s non-bank subsidiaries.
“What really sets us apart is our ability to provide financial strength, while dedicating ourselves to each and every customer,” said Paula Mercer, Banking Center Manager II. “We put our heart and soul into every relationship, every experience, and every customer interaction. We truly care about our customers and we want to help them achieve financial success and we do that one conversation, one transaction, and one handshake at a time.”
The Grundy County Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its members in November to celebrate the bank.
“We are happy to welcome Midland States Bank to Grundy County,” said Samantha Yeager-Walrath, Grundy County Chamber of Commerce membership director. “Paula and her team continue to provide excellent customer service to each and every one of their customers and really provide a community atmosphere.”
