DeKalb city

Jonathan A. Blanco, 29, of the 300 block of Dodge Avenue, DeKalb, was charged Thursday, Sept. 21, with animal: dog running at large.

Lucy P. Calderon, 34, of the 100 block of East Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 22, with retail theft.

Anthony S. Salinas, 18, of the 400 block of North Aspen Drive, Cortland, was charged Friday, Sept. 22, with speeding 26 to 34 mph over the speed limit.

Damien D. Griffin, 35, of the 800 block of Russell Road, DeKalb, was charged Friday, Sept. 22, with possession of marijuana.

Michelle M. Clayton, 18, of the 1300 block of North Stevenson Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with possession of alcohol as a minor.

Heather R. Ahrenkiel, 18, of the 300 block of East Second Street, Genoa, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with possession of alcohol as a minor.

Toby E. Conant, 37, of the 600 block of Lucerne Lane, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with littering.

Angela R. Lang, 37, of the 500 block of Normal Road, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with domestic battery.

David A. Campbell, 28, of the 1100 block of West Lincoln Highway, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Kevin K. Covington, 32, of the 1600 block of State Street, Belvidere, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with obstructing identification and soliciting without a license.

David P. Maxwell, 56, of the 200 block of Thornbrook Road, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Xavier L. Nicholson, 18, of the 2100 block of Eves Court, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with criminal trespass to real property.

Isaac A. Medina, 21, of the 700 block of Fotis Drive, DeKalb, was charged Saturday, Sept. 23, with having an open container on a public roadway.

Jose A. Gonzalez, 44, of the 300 block of North Seventh Street, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Jaelynn A. Dunigan, 18, of the 900 block of Crane Drive, DeKalb, was charged Sunday, Sept. 24, with being an unlicensed driver.

Jaelon T. Toliver, 20, of the 600 block of Gunderson Drive, Carol Stream, was charged Monday, Sept. 25, with criminal trespass to land.

Jillian E. Reid, 30, of the 400 block of West Taylor Street, DeKalb, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 26, with animal: dog running at large.

Brandon S. Koelper, of the 300 block of West Street, Geneva, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 26, with driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to appear.

Henry L. Moorer, 20, of the 5000 block of West Jackson Street, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 27, with domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

DeKalb County

Robert Heitkamp, 24, of the 1500 block of Waterside Drive, DeKalb, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Troy Davies, 27, of the 600 block of Easy Street, Sycamore, was arrested on a warrant Friday, Sept. 29, for failure to register as a sex offender.

Northern Illinois University

Randi O. Kopidlansky, 20, of the 7100 block of Meadow Lane, Cary, was charged Friday, Sept. 22, with battery.
