Permanent Makeup by Kelly opens in Geneva

GENEVA – Permanent Makeup by Kelly, is now open at 22 Crissey Ave., Suite 100, Geneva, owner Kelly Hemmerich announced in a news release.

Hemmerich provides cosmetic and medical tattoo services, using all methods of facial and eyebrow tattooing, including lash lines, full lip tinting and lip lines, the release stated.

Hemmerich also does microblading, the release stated, a process of creating eyebrows using small strokes and pigment.

While in Europe, Hemmerich had her eyebrows done, which instantly hooked her, the release stated.

After returning to the U.S., Hemmerich became certified in the permanent tattooing process, the release stated. Later, she was granted a teaching certification with SofTap Permanent Cosmetics, the release stated.

Hemmerich also teaches advanced classes at her new studio, the release stated.
