Controlled substance possession
Justin Rieser, 30, of the 600 block of West Plymouth Street, Villa Park, was charged at 2:10 p.m. June 27 with driving under the influence of alcohol and possession of a controlled substance in the zero to 100 block of East Ogden Avenue.
DUI
Diana Zilis, 54, of the zero to 100 block of Waverly Avenue, Clarendon Hills, was charged at 1:20 p.m. June 27 with DUI of alcohol and making an improper turn in the 300 block of North Cass Avenue.
Traffic violations
• Otis Bays, 58, of the 300 block of West Naperville Road, Westmont, was charged at 3:35 p.m. June 26 with driving on a suspended driver’s license, improper use of registration and no insurance in the 200 block of West Naperville Road.
• Carter Perryman, 42, of 3000 block of Giles Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 8:50 a.m. June 27 with driving on a suspended driver’s license and speeding in the 3500 block of Midwest Road.
• Mario Quintanilla, 55, of the 6700 block of Aspen Lane, Westmont, was charged at 4:05 a.m. June 30 with driving on a suspended driver’s license and improper lighting in the 6700 block of Tudor Lane.
