PRINCETON — John J. DuBois, president and CEO of Central Bank Illinois, recently announced the promotions of Jaimie Rosenthal and Mistie Brokaw to officer level positions at the bank’s Princeton Branch.

“These promotions are a direct result of the individual’s performance in serving our customers and shareholders, in addition to increased job responsibilities,” he said.

Rosenthal has been promoted to assistant vice president, mortgage loan officer. Her primary duties include managing and developing the bank’s real estate loan portfolio, including secondary market lending throughout the bank’s market area. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University in 2010.

She joined the Central Bank team in 2012 as a real estate loan processor. Prior to that time she was a teller supervisor at Citizens First in Princeton and Regions Bank in Murfreesboro, Tenn.

Actively involved in the community, Rosenthal currently serves as a board member of the Walnut Public Library and the Walnut Blue Raider Foundation.

Brokaw has been named an assistant vice president, loan officer for the bank. She is responsible for developing loan relationships with a focus on small business and consumer lending. She also serves as the business development officer at the Princeton branch, working to build customer relationships and acquire new clients. She attended Illinois Valley Community College (IVCC) and throughout her career has furthered her education through the Illinois Bankers Association, American Bankers Association and at IVCC.

In April 2015, Brokaw rejoined Central Bank in the area of loan support and business development. She previously filled the role of business development for the bank from 2006 to 2012. Brokaw’s career in financial services began as a commercial relationship manager at Amcore Bank in Princeton, and commercial loan officer in Palmetto Bank, Abbeville, S.C., before returning to the Princeton area.

Brokaw has been involved throughout the community by volunteering as a Junior Achievement classroom instructor, serving as a Chamber Ambassador, and as a former board member of the Optimist Club. She is a past volunteer for the American Heart Association, March of Dimes and countless volunteer hours through her children’s activities.
