Drs. Horan and Veldman Relocate to Silver Cross Health Center in Homer Glen

Roseann Horan, M.D., and Marie Veldman, D.O., have relocated their medical practice—now known as Women’s Primary Health Partners—to the Silver Cross Health Center, 12701 W. 143rd St., Suite 230, Homer Glen.

Solely dedicated to managing the comprehensive health care needs of women beginning at age 16, Women’s Primary Health Partners accepts most insurance plans and offers evening and Saturday appointments.

Roseann Horan, M.D., is board certified in Family Practice, earning her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completing her internship and residency at MacNeal Hospital where she was chief resident and an instructor for third- and fourth-year medical students.

With more than 20 years experience, Dr. Horan helps patients stay healthy by listening to their concerns, promoting preventative measures and discussing best treatment options. She has a particular interest in holistic medicine, menopause, thyroid disease, contraception and STD education and prevention for young women.

Marie Veldman, D.O. is board certified in Family Practice, earning her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Loyola University and her medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. She previously served as medical director at Advocate Christ Women’s Center.

With more than 25 years experience, Dr. Veldman works with her patients in making important decisions about their health. She has a particular interest in gynecology, breast health and menopause, and special training in endometrial biopsy, colposcopy, loop electrosurgical excision procedures (LEEP), minor surgeries and joint injections.

Drs. Horan and Veldman are on staff at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox – a Thomson Reuters 100 Top Hospitals national award winner for seven consecutive years.
