Drs. Horan and Veldman Relocate to Silver Cross Health Center in Homer Gle

NEW LENOX — Dr. Roseann Horan and Dr. Marie Veldman have relocated their medical practice —now known as Women’s Primary Health Partners – to the Silver Cross Health Center in Homer Glen.

Beginning Jan. 19, the physicians will see patients at their new office in the Silver Cross Health Center, 12701 W. 143rd St., Suite 230, Homer Glen.

New patients are welcome. Women’s Primary Health Partners accept most insurance plans and offer evening and Saturday appointments. The practice is solely dedicated to managing the comprehensive healthcare needs of women through all stages of life beginning at age 16.
