• Anthony M. Ruggiero, 31, of the 5000 block of Grove Road in Oswego, was arrested by Romeoville police Dec. 28 on charges of theft and residential burglary.

• Lisa M. Perna, 48, of the 1300 block of East Washington Street in Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Dec. 29 on charges of aggravated battery, obstructing justice and criminal trespassing.

• Nicole Lowery, 27, of the 17700 block of Tulip Lane in Tinley Park, was arrested by Tinley Park police Thursday on charges of delivery of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• John V. Norris, 50, of the 600 block of Patterson Road in Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Thursday on a charge of theft.

• Demetrius M. Pinnick, 24, of the 300 block of Sherman Street in Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Thursday on charges of weapon possession by a felon and obstructing a police officer.

• Robert Michael Ryband, 23, of the 7200 block of 147th Street in Tinley Park, was arrested by Tinley Park police Thursday on charges of delivery of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Andrew Brinkman, 26, of the 300 block of Cedar Lane in Shorewood, was arrested by Joliet police Friday on charges of aggravated assault, vandalism and obstructing justice.

• Alexander S. Cook, 29, of the 400 block of West Exchange Street in Crete, was arrested by Shorewood police Friday on a charge of reckless conduct.

• Jason A. Doktor, 38, of the 3500 block of Legacy Drive in Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Friday on a charge of aggravated domestic battery.

• Jacob M. Fanning, 24, of the 100 block of Oakview Drive in New Lenox, was arrested by Joliet police Friday on charges of delivery of marijuana, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nicholas T. Hogan, 19, of the 1800 block of Brogan Drive in New Lenox, was arrested by Joliet police Friday on a charge of delivery of marijuana.

• Anthony J. McCarthy, 38, of the 11600 block of Roberts Street in Mokena, was arrested by Mokena police Friday on charges of drug possession, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

• Arlaine V. Richards, 41, of the 2500 block of Brook Lane in Aurora, was arrested by Joliet police Friday on a charge of aggravated battery.

• Hector M. Diaz-Alamos, 22, of Brooklyn, Iowa, was arrested by Joliet police Saturday on a charge of possession of fraudulent identification.

• John D. Dodd, 42, of the 3200 block of Saddle Drive in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police Saturday on a charge of aggravated domestic battery.

• Sherri L. Etheridge, 41, of the 600 block of North William Street in Joliet, was arrested by Crest Hill police Saturday on a charge of drug possession.

• Stephanie A. Harper, 36, of the 100 block of North Ottawa Street in Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police Saturday on charges of making a false 911 report and endangering the life or health of a child.

• Donald W. Hoffman, 51, of the 6700 block of Alpine Lane in Westmont, was arrested by Romeoville police Saturday on a charge of shoplifting.

• Zelma P. Pruitte, 42, of the 1000 block of Harrison Avenue in Joliet, was arrested by sheriff’s police Saturday on a charge of aggravated domestic battery.

• Devon Reed, 19, of the 10500 block of South Yates Avenue in Chicago, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Saturday on charges of delivery of drugs, drug possession and marijuana possession.

• Markese Williams, 20, of the 1200 block of South Independence Boulevard in Chicago, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Saturday on charges of delivery of drugs and drug possession.
