UNION – Utility services company INTREN recently hired a regional vice president to help meet the business’ growing list of project demands, according to a news release.
Dennis Bednarski was appointed regional vice president of Midwest operations, overseeing key Midwest accounts at INTREN, the release stated. He also will spearhead efforts to obtain new contracts and accounts in the region.
“With our continued growth, we believe the timing is perfect to fill the Midwest vice president of operations position,” INTREN President Lance Rosenmayer said. “Dennis is a welcomed addition to the INTREN family. We believe his past experience in the industry will help continue to grow INTREN in the Midwest region and further satisfy the needs of our clients.”
INTREN recently also hired a regional vice president of operations in California. The two new executive positions complete INTREN’s plan to add regional vice presidents to help drive increased performance, training and service to the utility contractor’s clients, the release stated.
Bednarski previously worked as general manager of electric distribution, water and fleet for Oconomowoc, Wisconsin. He also worked for ComEd for 22 years, serving managerial roles at offices in Joliet, Elgin and Aurora.
Bednarski graduated from National Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in business and management.
