From gloom to bloom: Floral Symphony brightens up the end of winter in Glen Ellyn

GLEN ELLYN – Who cares what the calendar says? Spring was in full bloom Tuesday during the annual Floral Symphony at Glenbard South High School.

The show featured four floral designers: Heather Ebl, AIFD-Wedding and Special Occasion Florals of Glen Ellyn; The Green Branch of Glen Ellyn; Andrew's Garden Floral Couture of Wheaton and Walden Floral Designs of Downers Grove.

Florists created several arrangements, which were raffled off later in the evening. The event serves as a fundraiser for Glenbard South and West high school music programs.
