IVCC receives donation

Eakas Corporation of Peru made a $1,500 donation to the Illinois Valley Community College Foundation in appreciation for assistance IVCC’s graphic design technology program provided the company on a marketing magazine. Pictured are IVCC Foundation President O.J. Stoutner (left), IVCC President Jerry Corcoran, Eakas Vice President of Operations Jeff Wagner, IVCC Business Training Specialist Jennifer Scheri and Eakas Executive Assistant Jane Bromenschenkel. Eakas also contributed $5,000 to the Foundation earlier this year for a manufacturing scholarship for students in IVCC’s Certified Production Technician (CPT) program.
