Manuel Rios, 46, of the 20600 block of South Green Meadow Lane in Frankfort, was arrested by state police Saturday on charges of driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license.

Charles L. Wesolowski, 42, of the 1100 block of Colonial Drive in Joliet, was arrested by Manhattan police Saturday on a charge of criminal sexual abuse.

Mario Castro, 33, of the 1000 block of North Hickory Street in Joliet, was arrested by state police Sunday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Carl E. Cawthon, 25, of the 400 block of Foxborough Trail in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Joliet police Sunday on a charge of marijuana possession.

Luciano C. Garay, 48, of the 6600 block of West Ravinia Drive in Tinley Park, was arrested by Joliet police Sunday on charges of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance.

Angelica Herrejon, 28, of the 21500 block of Cormorant Street in Crest Hill, was arrested by state police Sunday on a charge of driving under the influence.

Tyler E. Hobby, 20, of the 200 block of Riverside Drive in Dolton, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Sunday on a charge of shoplifting.

Raphael Luna, 18, of the 2000 block of Plainfield Road in Crest Hill, was arrested by Crest Hill police Sunday on charges of burglary and identity theft.

Christopher J. Maldonado, 29, of the 400 block of East Sterling Street in Justice, was arrested by Joliet police Sunday on charges of domestic battery, criminal trespassing and obstructing justice.

Ricardo E. Romero, 21, of the 100 block of North Cranberry Street in Bolingbrook, was arrested by Bolingbrook police Sunday on a charge of drug possession.
