Battery
John F. Cahill, 52, 0N375 Farwell St., was charged with battery at 12:01 p.m. Aug. 24 in the 300 block of West Liberty Drive.
DUI
• Matthew K. Nickerson, 49, 163 Christina Circle, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:08 a.m. Aug. 24 at Roosevelt Road and Gables Boulevard.
• Salvatore C. Miglore, 61, 5N091 Percheron Lane, Wayne, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at 9:39 p.m. Aug. 22 at 1 Wheaton Center.
• Julio C. Jimenez, 22, 315 Fir Court, Glen Ellyn, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal transportation of alcoholic liquor at 12:29 a.m. Aug. 19 at Harrison Avenue and Gary Court.
Criminal damage
• A window of a business was damaged by a two small pieces of fragmented metal between 10 p.m. Aug. 21 and 11:15 a.m. Aug. 22 in the 300 block of South Main Street.
• A fountain was soaped between 10:55 and 11:05 p.m. Aug. 23 at Town Square. Witnesses said a car pulled up later that night and four boys and two girls exited and walked to the fountain. One boy told the two girls he put the soap in the fountain and they came back to see the results.
• The hood and roof of a parked vehicle were damaged after an unknown person ran across it leaving dents between 2 and 11 a.m. Aug. 23 at 1990 S. Lancaster Lane.
• The front bumper of a vehicle was damaged after two cars placed their front bumpers against it at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 400 block of East Roosevelt Road.
Burglary
• An iPhone and car owner's manual were stolen from a locked glove box inside of an unlocked vehicle between 8:30 and 10 a.m. Aug. 20 at 505 N. County Farm Road.
• A softball glove, a cell phone adaptor cord, a pair of shoes and batting gloves were stolen from a car with a non-functioning lock at 8:15 p.m. Aug. 22 at 801 Butterfield Road.
Theft
• Gallardo P. Yailin, 33, 1201 S. Oak St., West Chicago, was charged with retail theft at 5 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 400 block of South County Farm Road.
• Brandon D. Johnson, 26, 27W106 Cooley Ave., Winfield, was charged with retail theft at 9:46 a.m. Aug. 21 in the 600 block of South County Farm Road.
• A phone was left on a treadmill and was missing upon the owner's return between 10:30 and 11:30 p.m. Aug. 20 at 2 Sterling Circle.
• An unsecured bicycle was stolen from a bike rack between 6:55 and 7:40 p.m. Aug. 19 in the 1600 block of North Main Street.
• An unsecured bicycle was stolen between 7 and 9 p.m. Aug. 24 in the 1000 block of East College Avenue.
• An unsecured bicycle was stolen from a bike rack between 4 p.m. Aug. 21 and 4:30 p.m. Aug. 24 at Front and Cross streets.
Possession
• Alyssa J. Gunnison, 20, 2121 Fox Run, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 20 at Wiesbrook Road and Charlotte Court.
• Kassandra A. Rosado, 21, 6012 W. 26th St., Cicero, was charged with possession of marijuana at 1:55 a.m. Aug. 19 at Butterfield Road and Leask Lane.
• Kelly L. Harmon, 24, 1N314 Purnell St., Carol Stream, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:45 p.m. Aug. 18 at Gary Court and Harrison Avenue.
Disorderly conduct
Andrew J. Jansen, 30, 1000 block of Briarbrook Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct at 2:43 a.m. Aug. 23 at 1051 Briarbrook Drive.
Consumption
Alexander N. Wolff, 19, 1755 Shaffner Road, was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 1:24 a.m. Aug. 23 at his home.
Warrant
• Aqib J. Bari, 22, 410 Gregory Ave., Glendale Heights, was arrested on warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses at 1:22 a.m. Aug. 21 at Lorraine and Roosevelt roads.
• Linda R. DePesa, 34, 619 Pontiac Lane, Carol Stream, was arrested on warrant for traffic offenses at 12:02 a.m. Aug. 21 at Hazelton Avenue and Route 38.
• Abraham Guzman, 23, 420 Ridgeland Ave., West Chicago, was arrested on warrant for failure to appear for traffic offenses and charged with driving with a suspended license at 6:50 p.m. Aug. 20 at Fapp Circle and County Farm Road.
• Khamza Alifov, 29, 1470 Prospect St., was arrested on warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:15 p.m. Aug. 24 at the Wheaton Police Department.
• Heather M. Saunders, 50, 1317 E. Roosevelt Road, was arrested on warrant for aggravated battery at 7:31 p.m. Aug. 22 at the Berwyn Police Department.
