ELMHURST – RJN will be smoke testing throughout the Flagg Creek Water Reclamation District starting Monday.
This activity, which affects parts of Elmhurst, is used to identify where stormwater may be entering the sanitary sewer system, according to the city's website.
The smoke is nontoxic, creates no fire hazard, leaves no residue, dissipates quickly and is harmless, the website states.
