CRYSTAL LAKE – The Monkey Joe’s location in Crystal Lake has closed.
The children’s inflatable play center at 6250 Route 14 was shuttered earlier this year. A spokesperson for the company said each location is individually owned.
A chain with locations across the country, Monkey Joe’s opened in Crystal Lake in 2009 with with inflatable jumps, slides and obstacle courses for kids up to age 12.
Monkey Joe’s has Illinois locations in Fairview Heights, Rockford, Peoria and Wheaton, according to its website.
