• Severiano Otra-Mendoza, 47, of the 4500 block of Blanchan Avenue, Brookfield, was charged with driving without a valid license at 1:13 a.m. May 10 in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue.
• Anabel Serrano, 22, of the 3100 block of South 55th Court, Cicero, was charged with driving without a valid license at 2:27 a.m. May 7 at 31st Street and La Grange Road.

• Jaimes Heleodoro, 32, of the 15300 block of Lexington Avenue, Harvey, was charged with driving without a license at 9 a.m. May 12 in the 6700 block of Joliet Road.
• Edward M. Screens, 47, of the 11200 block of Arrowhead Trail, Indian Head Park, was charged with driving with an expired license and speeding May 12 in the 6300 block of Brainard Avenue.
Theft report
Jumper cables and extension cords were reported stolen May 13 from Sunbelt Rentals, 6200 Joliet Road. The items were later located about a block away in a wooded area.

DUI charge
Johnnie Mitchell, 25, of the 500 block of Howard Avenue, Rockford, was charged with driving under the influence and failing to dim bright lights at 3:17 a.m. May 6 at Mannheim and Roosevelt Roads.

• Willie Armstrong, 36, of the 1200 block of Balmoral Avenue, was charged with driving with a suspended license, resisting arrest and failing to secure a child in a child seat at 10:13 p.m. May 9 at Mannheim Road and Devonshire Street.
• Aleece Baker-Abernathy, 27, of the 5900 block of Oakwood Drive, Lisle, was charged with driving with a suspended license at 10:23 a.m. May 10 in the 1100 block of Mannheim Road.
WESTERN SPRINGS
Biker injured after collision
A bicyclist was injured at 4:56 p.m. May 13 after a collision in pedestrian crosswalk at Ogden and Woodlawn Avenues.
The bicyclists, of Oak Park, was riding his bike through the crosswalk – which had activated lights – when he struck the side of an SUV, according to Police Lt. Dave Dayhoff.
Lt. Dayhoff said the rider had minor injuries and was transported to Hinsdale Hospital.
DUI charge
Juliana Samtamaria, 26, of the 4900 block of West Roosevelt Road, Cicero, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a valid license at 12:05 a.m. May 10 at Ogden and Grove Avenues.
License violation
Radosav Stamentovic, 63, of the zero to 100 block of Walker Avenue, Clarendon Hills, was charged with driving without a valid license, speeding and operating an uninsured vehicle at 4:38 p.m. May 8 in the 1400 block of 55th Street.
Theft reports
• Jewelry, an iPod and a driver's license were reported stolen from a vehicle sometime May 5 in the 1300 block of Walker Street.
• Four packs of cigarettes was reported stolen May 6 from a store in the 1100 block of Hillgrove Avenue. The cigarettes are valued at $42.60
• A black wrought iron piece of artwork was reported stolen May 9 in the 5000 block of Grand Avenue. The estimated value was $100.
