Roberta Muldoon

BEAVER DAM, Wis. — Roberta Mae (Puyear) Muldoon, 75, of Beaver Dam, Wis., died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at her home surrounded by her family.

Roberta was born Aug. 10, 1938, in Princeton to Robert and Lucy Puyear. She graduated from Wyanet High School.

Roberta was united in marriage to Robert D. Muldoon on Dec. 29, 1962. She enjoyed making jewelry and fishing with her husband. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends.

Roberta was preceded in death by her father, Robert Puyear of Wyanet; her sister, Eleanor Lyons, and brother–in-law, James Lyons, both of Galesburg; her sister-in-law, Donna Puyear of Princeton; her brother-in-law, Robert H. "Bob" Little of Earlville; her grandparents; and a still born son.

Roberta is survived by her husband, Robert Muldoon of Beaver Dam, Wis.; her mother, Lucy Puyear of Wyanet; two sisters, Francis Little of Earlville and Tamara (Barry) Tuft of Rockford; three brothers, Martin "Bud" (Margaret) Puyear of Ohio, Ill., Thomas Puyear of Tiskilwa and Donald (Doreen) Puyear of Wyanet; one son, Shawn (Trina) Anderson of Beaver Dam, Wis; one daughter, Devonna (Bruce) Bradshaw of Harrison, Ark.; eight grandsons; one granddaughter; 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Roberta's life will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Jan. 18 at the V.F.W. Hall in Wyanet. Roberta's cremated remains will be buried at the Wyanet Cemetery.

The Murray Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Wis., was in charge of arrangements.
