LA GRANGE – The La Grange Area Newcomers and Neighbors Club recently donated $1,500 to Community Nurse Health Center, which will use the money to provide healthcare to those in need.
The club will also donate makeup to mothers in the Community Nurse Secret Santa program, along with gifts to 14 children in the program.
Community Nurse Health Center provides medical and dental services to low-income residents.
The La Grange Area Newcomers and Neighbors Club is comprised of residents who promote social and civil participation and take on philanthropic projects through monthly gatherings and special events.
